Spouses and Family- Closed Group

Toronto Beyond the Blue is proud to bring our families an opportunity to connect in a closed group. 

This group will be a safe and welcoming environment for police family members to come and connect with other family members and discuss their challenges being a police family/couple and receive strategies and resources. 

This will be a closed group, meeting weekly virtually on Tuesday evenings which will be facilitated by two of our vetted clinicians. 

There will be an intake prior to joining the group, as well as agreements to confidentiality and a code of conduct. 

Some of the topics that will be covered include: 

- COVID specific challenges and changes

- Communication within your relationship, with your family and with your children

- Healthy & unhealthy relationships

- Boundaries

- Sex & Intimacy...and shift work
