Total Defense is a company committed to the safe and fun delivery of programs in self-defense for women and girls, focusing on Prevention, Protection and Personal Safety.

MY SAFE LIFE

Personal Safety for Kids Course

Your child will learn about people safety (strangers, tricky people and bullies), strategies for getting help, decision-making skills to handle emergencies and much more! Click on the link and Register soon! Participants will be reimbursed by Toronto Beyond The Blue on the day of the workshop.
